ZAININ is an island-born craft Shochu, fueled by a fierce passion for spirits. Distillers from Hachijojima and Niijima join forces with Japanese and French creators, chasing something bold and unforgettable.



UNFILTER spotlights spirits from every corner of Japan. It’s about cultures rooted in place, makers driven by obsession, and stories that demand to be shared with the world in ways yet unseen.
